This second hoodie design is centered around helping those with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). It can overall be a good reminder to those who are struggling with getting over hard things in the past. Each detail is here for a reason, as everything was researched. The special part is the embroidered "breathe" on the right sleeve as a reminder in the hard moments. 

This project was created and started by Makayla Allen, the general manager of DMS from 2025-2026. As someone who has worked very hard on her mental health, Makayla wanted to share some phrases that she has told herself over the years. She also wanted to expand her knowledge of how the brain works when it comes to mental health. After researching how to use shapes, colors, words, and more, she came up with the original 3 designs. Every detail is there for a reason, and she hopes to see this collection grow!
